1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our website and place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Registration

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Discounts and Promotions

The following terms apply to all promotional offers, discount codes and automatic discounts available on www.devriesapparel.com. All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

4.1 General Rules

Unless explicitly stated, discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, discount code, automatic discount or promotion. Only one discount may be applied per order.
Discount codes apply to the product subtotal only. Shipping, taxes and any duties are calculated separately and are not discounted.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
Offers are subject to change, suspension or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.
Discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for store credit or refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel any order or void any discount where we reasonably believe a code has been obtained, used or shared in breach of these terms or in a fraudulent manner.
If a discounted item is returned, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid for that item after the discount was applied.

4.2 Newsletter Sign-Up Offer — 10% off your next order

Available to new email subscribers only who sign up to THE DA News via the website pop-up or footer sign-up form.
10% off the product subtotal. No minimum spend.
The unique code is sent by email after sign-up and is single-use, one redemption per customer and per email address.
Cannot be combined with any other discount code, automatic discount or promotion.
Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Codes have an expiry date stated in the welcome email.

4.3 Welcome Offer — WELCOME10

10% off your order with a minimum spend of $50 AUD on products.
One use per customer.
Cannot be combined with any other discount code, automatic discount, free shipping promotion or other offer.
Applies to the product subtotal only and excludes shipping and taxes.

4.4 Loyalty Offer — LOYAL10

10% off your order with a minimum spend of $100 AUD on products.
One use per customer.
Cannot be combined with any other discount code, automatic discount, free shipping promotion or other offer.
Applies to the product subtotal only and excludes shipping and taxes.

4.5 Buy 3 Shirts — 25% Off (Automatic)

This promotion runs from time to time and is not always active. While it is running, adding 3 or more eligible shirts to your cart applies 25% off automatically at checkout.
Discount applies to the qualifying shirts only and is calculated on the product price.
Cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotion. If a discount code is entered, the automatic discount may be removed.
Eligible products are determined by us and may change from time to time.

4.6 Free Shipping Over $99

Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 AUD (product subtotal, after any discount codes are applied and before shipping). If you are shopping in another currency, the equivalent threshold is converted automatically and shown at checkout.
Applies to standard delivery to every destination we ship to.
Where a discount code reduces the product subtotal below $99 AUD, free shipping no longer applies and the standard rate for your destination is charged.
We reserve the right to change the free shipping threshold or exclude certain regions or products at any time.

4.7 Stacking Policy

Only one discount code may be applied to an order. Discount codes cannot be combined with automatic discounts (such as Buy 3 Shirts 25% off) or with each other. Free shipping over $99 AUD is calculated on the product subtotal after any discount code is applied.

5. Pricing, Currency and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. GST is not charged on orders. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the accepted payment methods.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An order placed through our website is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where stock is unavailable, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. A binding contract is formed only when we send order confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We use a print-on-demand and global fulfilment network. Production and delivery times vary by product and destination and are estimates only. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside of our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because most products are made to order, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered. Please contact support@devriesapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Where a refund is approved on a discounted order, it will reflect the amount actually paid after any discount.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, artwork, photography, logos, copy and code — is owned by Sinden Ventures Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page. Material changes will take effect from the date posted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sinden Ventures Limited is registered. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
