Shipping
DeVries Apparel ships worldwide. Each order is made on demand and dispatched from the fulfilment hub closest to your delivery address.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order over AUD $99, to every destination we ship to. The threshold is based on the product subtotal, after any discount and before shipping. If you are shopping in another currency, the equivalent amount is converted automatically and shown in your cart and at checkout.
Orders under AUD $99 are charged a flat standard shipping rate that varies by destination. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Production time
Most pieces are produced in 2 to 5 business days before they ship.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, transit times depend on destination:
- Australia and New Zealand: 3 to 7 business days
- North America: 4 to 8 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days
Tracking
A tracking link is sent to your email when the order ships. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, message hello@devriesapparel.com.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and are paid by the recipient.
Address accuracy
Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. We cannot reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.
